Shipping charge includes tracking number (all orders)and insurance(orders over£80).If the order is damaged or lost during transit,you will need to use the tracking number provided by us and contact your local post system for reimbursement.Drevmboxstores.co.uk is not responsible ofr goods delivered to the wrong address due to address or EMS errors. 7-day Return Policy on all Electronics(related accessory sales excluded).
Item must be in its original packaging with all accessories,manual,warranty card included.All items incur a 15% restocking fee and £5 processing fee.Customer is responsible for shipping cost sending the item back to our plant in china.Refund will consist of unit price only,shipping costs will not be refunded.Customer must contact us with the request to returen and notify us the precise condition of the item being returned before we issue a RMA for the return. Order Cancellation
